Build report, updated August 31, 2026

Building search demand for a molecule almost nobody was searching for.

Biosil is built on ch-OSA, a patented bioavailable form of silicon that helps the body generate its own collagen. The category around it is poisoned: the loudest search results say collagen supplements do not work, and the brand ranked #10 on its own molecule. This is how Forge built the authority network that takes it back, one compliant page at a time.

The context

A brand that did not own its own molecule

Search for the molecule and the brand ranked #10 with one thin page. Search for the informational questions around it and a competitor answered them. The store itself lived on a temporary subdomain where serious SEO is structurally impossible.

Meanwhile the entire category carries a credibility tax: the dominant narrative in search is that collagen supplements are ineffective, which is precisely why a molecule that works differently needed its own explained territory.

The wedge

Do not fight the category. Own the mechanism.

Instead of competing on "collagen supplements", the strategy occupies the space nobody holds: bioavailable silicon, explained scientifically, with the molecule's own clinical evidence and its limits stated in plain sight.

The site is built as a science reference with three audiences, patients, practitioners and distributors, rather than as a shop shouting claims.

The build

Four layers, delivered

01

A real store on a real domain

Full migration of the store: 6 pillar pages, 40 articles, 34 metafield definitions and every image re-hosted, completed July 6, 2026.

02

An entity hub for the molecule

One page that makes the molecule machine-readable: what it is, how it is thought to work, what the evidence does and does not show, patent and registry identifiers included, so search engines and AI assistants can resolve the entity to its owner.

03

Two clusters, published like clockwork

The dental cluster, 6 sub-pillars and 40 satellite articles, and the skin cluster, 2 hubs and 8 sub-pillars, all live and verified, with the satellites dripped one per working day so the site grows every day for eight weeks.

04

Compliance as a feature, not a brake

Every page is supplement-regulation safe by design: a blacklist of claim verbs, a per-study evidence table with mandatory caveats, and an automated quality check on every page, 8 of 8 checks passing. In a category where overclaiming is the norm, restraint is the moat.

The delivered asset

The molecule hub, live

The center of the network: the molecule explained on the brand's own domain, with the evidence stated honestly, and every cluster page linking up to it.

The ch-OSA science hub live on biosil.health, the patented bioavailable silicon explained
The molecule hub on biosil.health. Note the wording: what the evidence does and does not show.

Where are the traffic numbers?

Not on this page yet, on purpose. The publication drip completes on September 11, 2026, and search data on a network this young would be noise dressed as proof. This page reports the build, which is what was sold and delivered. When a clean measurement window exists, the search results will be added here with their sources, the same way every Forge case study reports numbers. If they disappoint, they will be published too.

Why you can trust this page

A build report, not a victory lap

Everything dated

Migration completed July 6. Skin cluster live July 17. Drip from July 20 to September 11. Every deliverable on this page is verifiable on the live site.

No invented results

Zero traffic or revenue claims until a clean window exists. A case study that cannot wait for its own data is an ad.

Compliance-first content

Every health claim on the delivered pages is sourced and caveated. The same discipline applies to this page.

Questions brands ask

About this build

Why build 150 articles for a single molecule?

Because authority is topical, not page-by-page. The plan covers 6 sections and 24 clusters around the molecule's real uses, so that every question a patient or practitioner asks resolves to the brand's own domain instead of a competitor or a skeptic.

How do you scale health content without overclaiming?

With hard guardrails: a blacklist of forbidden claim verbs, an evidence table that forces a caveat on every cited study, and an automated check on every page before publication. Restraint written into the process, not left to the writer's mood.

Why publish one article a day instead of all at once?

A site that grows daily for eight weeks gives search engines a fresh reason to return, and spreads the indexing load instead of dumping 40 URLs in one crawl. The drip runs July 20 to September 11, 2026.
