Private visibility audit

Dr. Ayah El Hamalawy

Dr El Hamalawy, let’s look at your local visibility.

We ran the same search, a dentist, from 25 spots around Field End Rd in Pinner. Right at your own door you come first. Step away from it and you sit outside the first three at every other spot, further down as the spots move out. Each dot is one of those spots; Green means the practice is in the top three there.

So someone a few streets away, phone in hand, looking for a dentist may never come across you. Which raises the question: what does a nearby practice get on that same search?

The comparison worth looking at

One nearby practice appears higher

The Field End Dental came before you at nearly all the spots we tested, both on the streets closest to you and farther out around Field End Rd in Pinner.

Same search, a dentist, from the same spots around you, so the two maps sit side by side.

It reaches the first three at clearly more spots than you do, so it shows what is achievable here. Which leaves the next question: who actually lands on your website?

Each dot is a tested search location. Green means a top-three position for that search. The comparison concerns search visibility, not the quality of care.

Beyond the map

Most estimated visits come from your own name

We looked at the searches bringing people to your site. At least two thirds of the estimated visits come from people typing your name, like 'ea dental specialists'. The rest come from one search without it.

  • Someone typing your name has already heard of you. They are checking you, not choosing you.
  • Your site does come up among the first results for a search without your name, so people who only know they need a dentist nearby can find you too.

So which searches bring you people who do not know your name yet, and where do they land?

The searches behind the numbers

One search beyond your name brings people in

Beyond your own name, we found a single search bringing people to you: someone looking for a dentist in Eastcote, and no treatment or condition search at all.

  • 'dentist eastcote' shows up among the first results and leads to your home page, so someone looking for a dentist nearby lands on your front door.

That one search is a real strength and sits squarely in your own field. What it does not cover is treatments: we found no search for implants, bonding or whitening leading to you. Which of those would you most want people to find you for?

Picture patients searching for your treatments in Pinner being able to find you.

Here is what already works for you, and what we would fix first.

None of this is about your care. It is about who sees your name first.

You stay with your patients. We carry this part.

Patients choose before they call: from the first names on the map, from the first results on Google. My team rebuilds what decides that, your Google listing and the pages a patient lands on, and keeps it up every month. Here is what happens if you reply.

Kept up month after month. You watch it in a shared table, with a regular call, and your own people kept in the loop.

Work we have already done

A doctor who ran clinics, doing this part for you

I'm a doctor. I used to run a group of clinics, and I know this part of the job is not why anyone chooses medicine. Today my team does it for practices like yours: the research, the writing and the set-up. You come in only where clinical knowledge matters.

Got a question?

A few things you may be wondering

The questions practitioners actually ask me after a page like this.

What would you do first for my practice?

We already have a website, an agency or someone who watches this. Do we start again?

Will this bring the right patients, or just more enquiries?

I searched myself and saw something different. Why?

What does it cost, and how long before something changes?

Do you work with the practice you compared me with?
