We ran the same search, an emergency dental service, from 25 spots around Long Ln in Uxbridge. You come up in the first three at most of them, and right at your own door you come first. The pattern holds close by and across most of the surrounding streets, with one weaker pocket to the north-east and two softer spots out to the west and south-west. Each dot is one of those spots; Green means the practice is in the top three there.
So someone with toothache near you can find you quickly. That is a real strength worth protecting, though in those few weaker spots they may not come across you at all.

Emergency Dentist Ruislip comes before you at 8 of the 25 spots we tested, out toward the north and east. At the other 17, you come before it.
Same search, same spots around your practice, so the two maps sit side by side and can be read together.
You are among the first three at clearly more spots than it is, so someone nearby in pain is more likely to see your name. The real question now is what your website does with them.

Of the searches we found leading to your website, not one is someone typing your name. They are searches like 'emergency dentist uxbridge'. These are estimates, and we only hold part of the picture.
So what are people in pain actually typing, and where do they land?

These are searches without your name: emergency dental care, braces, hygiene polishing, and a few searches for other practices. Only the emergency one is close to being found.
Emergency care is the one search in your own field already within reach, and it is the one worth building on. Which leaves the question of where to put your effort first, and how we would take it on.

Here is what already works for you, and what we would fix first.
None of this is about your care. It is about who sees your name first.
Patients choose before they call: from the first names on the map, from the first results on Google. My team rebuilds what decides that, your Google listing and the pages a patient lands on, and keeps it up every month. Here is what happens if you reply.

We agree the priorities and what Forge will deliver, in writing. It is the only real time this asks of you.
Your Google listing and the pages a new patient lands on. Fixed before anything is built on top.
Kept up month after month. You watch it in a shared table, with a regular call, and your own people kept in the loop.
Four practices, four kinds of work. Delivered, not promised.
See the projectsEvery page about implants rebuilt, down to the questions patients ask before deciding. Kept up month after month.
The page patients land on before they book, her Google advertising, and a weekly letter to the colleagues who refer to her.
Every question his patients ask, mapped, then written and linked from his own publications.
His whole site reviewed page by page, and the three-month plan, city by city.
For a given specialty. So we do not work with the practice on the second map above, and would not while working with you.
Then very little: the odd decision, and your clinical eye where it matters.
If you stop, you keep all of it. No minimum term.
Agreed in writing. Nobody honest can promise you a position on Google, and we will not.
I'm a doctor. I used to run a group of clinics, and I know this part of the job is not why anyone chooses medicine. Today my team does it for practices like yours: the research, the writing and the set-up. You come in only where clinical knowledge matters.
