So the calls you miss are not drifting to chance. They are going to the clinic people notice first.

Each clinic is named exactly as it appears on Google, so you can look them up on your phone yourself. They come up next to you because Google puts all four of you in the same category

The reason patients don't find you isn't your competitors

This screen is a plain view of how your site is being found. It shows how many other websites point to you, how visitor traffic rises and falls over time, how much general interest surrounds what you do, and how often you appear in Google and the newer AI answers. It is the part that shows whether your site is actually bringing you patients.

What patients search before choosing

Mostly, patients find you by name.

  • Most of the people who reach you already knew you and typed you in directly, so a search is not winning you anyone new.
  • On dentista a bologna, one of the most searched ways patients look for this care, your site sits far down the page, so patients scroll past.
  • So those new patients pick whoever sits higher and book there, never reaching you.

This is one of the easiest things in the audit to turn around. The same searches can put you on Google for the care you offer, on the map nearby, and inside what AI assistants tell patients, with the pages you build or improve.
