It is the part that shows whether your site is actually bringing you patients.

What patients search before choosing

Mostly, patients find you by name.

This image lists the Google searches your site shows up for, and the ones that bring you new patients are not doing the heavy lifting yet.

  • Most of the people who reach you already knew you and typed you in directly, so a search is not bringing in many new patients.
  • On gnatologo bologna, a search many patients run every month, your site sits far down the page, so people scroll past to practices higher up.
  • So the patients who do not already know you end up choosing someone else and booking there first.

This is one of the easiest things in the audit to turn around. The same searches can put you on Google for the care you offer, on the map nearby, and inside what AI assistants tell patients. It points to the pages you should build or improve.
